The Joy of Giving

The scripture found in Luke 6:38 Jesus talks about giving. The scripture states, "give, and it will be given to you. A good measure will be given back unto you." To help your group learn more about the importance of giving, this object lesson helps explain that the more you give, the more God will give back to you. 

This lesson illustrates the joy of giving. When we listen to Christ's teachings, we find He continues to give back to us. The lesson would go as follows: You show 6 dollar bills. You begin to give 3 of the dollar bills to a selected helper. You count what is remaining in your hand. You find you still have 6 dollar bills. You do this over and over.
